A grout related leak is quite slow so it will not make much of a difference if you wait a couple of weeks for a Bathroom Surgeon technician to regrout your shower. Of course, it is ideal to not use the shower but not necessary if that will cause too much inconvenience. If the shower is leaking through plumbing fixtures, we recommend to not use it.
We recommend having the shower screen replaced first as this way there is no risk of installers damaging freshly grouted joints if done afterwards.

If your shower has been regrouted, then it needs 24 hours to set. If only silicone was applied, then it can be used in 16 hours.

We apply silicone to the perimeters of the screen frame as complementary. However if the frame has deteriorated, then you will need to contact a shower screen company to install a new screen.

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service however a regrout in epoxy grout will provide the largest aesthetic difference to your tiled area, and is also most cost effective.

This is not covered under warranty. Epoxy grout is more durable and mould resistant than standard cement based grout, however we still recommend regular cleaning at least once every 2-3 weeks.
Our epoxy grout is much more mould resistant than standard cement based grout due to having antifungal, water and grease resistant properties. With suitable levels of ventilation and cleaning, our high quality epoxy grout and silicone will stay mould free for a lot longer.
There will be some noise during the use of power tools which makes up the first half of the job. However, we do close the door and vacuum/clear dust and debris immediately afterwards. We leave your bathroom as clean as possible.
Payment is collected once the job is completed. We send you an invoice with our bank details where you can transfer funds into our nominated account. We do also take credit card payments but require you to call our office if opting for this option.
In the majority of cases, removing tiles is not necessary unless your existing tiles are either loose or drummy.
