How long will my Bathroom Surgeon service take?
A standard Bathroom Surgeon shower service can take between 2.5 – 4 hours, and your shower can be used the next day. Our balcony service can take anywhere from 1 day to 1 week, depending on the size of the balcony, the degree of damage and the scope of work to be completed.
How much noise, mess or disruptions will there be?
There will be minimal noise and mess. To protect your property our technicians use drop sheets and vacuum any mess before leaving. Disruption is minimal and your shower can be used the next day.
Can I choose the grout colour?
Yes, you can choose from a selection of colours depending on the product.
Our grout is available colours include White, Cream, Beige, Cement off White, Light Grey, Mid Grey, Cement Grey, Black and Brown.
You can also chose from a selection of colours, available in White, Cement Off White, Cream, Beige, Dark Beige, Light Grey, Light Grey, Mid Grey and Black.
What are your availabilities?
We’re available from 7:30 AM on weekdays. We can get a technician out same-day most of the time.
How much will it cost?
The size and scope of repair for every shower or balcony is different. Generally we can quote from photos, so send them to admin@bathroomsurgeon.com.au for a quick quote.
Do you replace only a few tiles?
We generally provide tile repair and replacement as a bonus for our normal standard service.
We do not take jobs where only a few tiles are required to be replaced/fixed.
Is there warranty?
Yes, generally 25 years on all services with some exclusions. Check out our warranty page for more information.
How can I pay?
We take cash, card, bank transfer and pay-in-4.
