Our Story

Bathroom Surgeon was founded by Lou Drljaca after years working for a competitor, where he became frustrated with the shortcuts being taken. As head trainer of technicians, Lou followed old school values and a commitment to doing the job right, and he would not accept substandard work or customers not getting their money’s worth. Determined to raise the standard, he left and teamed up with his close friend and top technician, Doug, who has been with the business since day one. Later, Lou’s children Rob and Kristina joined to manage growth while keeping the company true to its roots.
